It provides comprehensive information on fines, including photos and details, sourced directly from official government databases such as the GIS GMP (https://roskazna.gov.ru/gis), accessed via MONETA.RU Bank (LLC) under license No. 3508-K from July 2, 2012. Over 500,000 fines are checked and paid daily through the app, offering a fast and convenient payment method using any bank card.

Beyond fine tracking and payment, the app partners with bip.ru to offer online OSAGO (compulsory motor third-party liability insurance) comparisons. Compare prices from up to 20 leading insurance companies, factoring in your CBM discount for potential savings. Simply enter your car registration number and city to get started.
