While its capabilities extend to numerous functions, its efficacy with pre-2008 models is somewhat limited, and a K+DCan USB cable connection is strongly recommended for optimal performance. Wireless ELM adapter connections may be unreliable or feature-restricted for these older vehicles.

Quick Start Guide:

1. Connect adapter to OBD II port.
2. Turn ignition ON.
3. Connect adapter to your phone (USB, Bluetooth, or WiFi).
4. Launch the app, select your car model and year.
5. Choose your connection type, adapter type, and protocol.
6. Tap "Connect."

**Limitations:** Pre-2008 models (e46/e39/e83/e53) require K+DCan cable; only the engine ECU is supported. Wireless ELM adapter connection may fail.

Troubleshooting:

• "No response" error (pre-2007, BT/WiFi): Try "ATWM" in advanced settings.
• No connection: Force stop diagnostic apps, restart your phone, and reconnect.

Permissions: Storage (USB), Photos/Media/Files (CSV), Bluetooth, Network Access (WiFi), Approximate Location (not used).
