This OBD2 engine ECU diagnostics tool utilizes a Wi-Fi/Bluetooth ELM327 adapter to provide comprehensive vehicle diagnostics. The app displays data from various electronic control units (ECUs), offering real-time graphical representations that can be saved and reviewed later. It also displays and clears Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs).

You can customize minimum/maximum thresholds for each sensor/PID, triggering an alarm when these limits are exceeded. The app supports both Bluetooth and Wi-Fi ELM327 OBD adapters, though versions 1.5 to 2.1 are recommended due to reported issues with other versions.

Important Note: ELM327 chips are compatible only with OBD2-compliant vehicles:

  • USA: 1996 and later
  • Europe: 2001 and later (gasoline), 2003 and later (diesel)
  • Japan: Approximately 2000 and later

Beyond standard OBDII parameters, the app supports extended parameters for various car brands, including:

  • BMW (Diesel, E91+AT)
  • BYD (MT20U, ABS)
  • Chery (MT20U, MT20U2, ActecoME797)
  • Chrysler/Dodge (Diesel, AT)
  • Citroen (C4, C5, Sagem2000, CAN/AT6, EDC16C3, MEV17.4.2)

Note: Not all listed PIDs for a given brand may be supported by your specific vehicle. You can select desired PID types in "Settings / PID types". Some Mitsubishi models allow control of certain systems (e.g., cooling fan, fuel pump). For MUT parameter reading and actuator control on CAN-bus Mitsubishi vehicles (Montero/Pajero IV, Outlander 2, etc.), create a profile using the ISO 9141-2 protocol; other profiles should use ISO 15765-4 CAN (11bit 500K) or auto-detect. Not all Mitsubishi CAN-bus models support ISO 9141-2.

Custom parameter creation is also possible.
