Getting Started with emmy:

Download the emmy app and unlock a world of effortless mobility. The app helps you locate, reserve, and unlock your e-moped. emmy handles the charging, providing helmets and a phone holder for your convenience.

Creating your emmy account is straightforward:

1. Download the emmy app and register for €4.95, including 15 free minutes.
2. Sign up and verify your EU driver's license. Once approved, you're ready to ride!
3. Find a nearby e-moped using the app and reserve it for free.
4. End your rental by parking in a designated public parking area within our service zone.

How to Start Your emmy E-moped:

1. Open the helmet compartment (press the red button).
2. Remove the moped from its kickstand (push the handlebars forward).
3. Turn the red switch (on the right handlebar) to "ON." For Yadea models, press the "P-button."
4. Start the engine: Simultaneously pull the moped brake and press the "Down" switch (on the left handlebar).

Our E-moped Fleet:

Berlin, Hamburg, and Dresden feature NIU scooters, known for their lightweight city-friendly design. Hamburg, Kiel, and Munich offer Yadea mopeds.

Remember to park responsibly in designated areas for mopeds and bicycles. Avoid bike lanes, bus lanes, and pedestrian walkways.

Pricing:

Registration costs €4.95, including 15 free minutes (valid for 3 months). Mopeds are free to book and reserve (15-minute limit). Unlocking costs €1, with a per-minute rate of €0.33. Pause your ride mid-journey at a reduced rate.
