Using the App and Reader with the Same Sensor:

The app and FreeStyle Libre 2 reader cannot issue alarms simultaneously. To receive alarms on your phone, activate the sensor using the app. To receive alarms on the reader, activate the sensor with the reader. After reader activation, you can still scan with your phone.

Note: The app and reader do not share data. For complete data, scan the sensor every 8 hours with each device. Consolidated data from all devices is accessible at LibreView.com.
