Simply activate the activity timer in the app, and when you return, deactivate it. Need more time? Easily extend the timer with a single tap.

In case of emergency, Hibou automatically alerts your designated contacts if the timer expires without deactivation. This notification includes your last known location, facilitating swift assistance.

Hibou also incorporates a daily automated wellness check. Scheduled reminders (via app, email, and/or phone call) ensure timely check-ins. Missed check-ins trigger notifications to your support network.
