With the TFA Registry app, students can easily clock in using their mobile devices. The system provides real-time updates on the time and status of each attendance stamp, making the process both quick and straightforward.
The app adheres strictly to privacy guidelines set forth by the Guarantor. It only activates geolocation when a student voluntarily clocks in, and the GPS is immediately disabled afterward. Students can also verify the status of geolocation directly from the app or their device settings at any time, ensuring complete control over their privacy.
Moreover, when the app is not actively in use, no tracking of movements occurs. Importantly, all data stored on the student's device remains confidential, whether the app is being used or not. No data is shared or processed in any way, safeguarding student privacy at all times.
