Simply show your electronic ticket on your phone to the driver or transport inspector for fare validation. Your ticket remains valid until you reach your final destination and is accessible in the "Valid Tickets" section. View your past travel history in the "Travel details" section.

Virtual Transport Cards

Create a free virtual transport card within the app. Self-registration is available for standard and school cards. For other preferential cards, please visit our office with the necessary documentation.

Top up your virtual card using your card number directly in the app, or through other services such as Kaspi Bank and Halyk Bank (Homebank).

App Permissions

1. Camera: Used for QR code scanning.
2. Location: Enables accurate city/town map display, automatic bus detection for simplified fare payment (determining the bus code via GPS), and route planning (including transfers) from your location to your destination. Enter destinations and departures via map or text address.
