Please note that due to hardware limitations, not all NFC-equipped smartphones can read the contactless chips used in Troika cards.

Electronic tickets are securely stored in the memory of your Troika card. To add tickets, you'll need an NFC-enabled and compatible smartphone.

The electronic purse feature allows you to choose and record the amount you wish to purchase, offering flexibility in your ticket purchases.

We support over 90 ticket types, encompassing all existing ticket options, including those for MCD (Moscow Central Diameters), MCR (Moscow Central Ring), and tickets for social cards, including students.

To reserve funds, simply enter your payment card details within the app. Rest assured, your bank card data is never stored by us, ensuring your safety.

Remember to hold your Troika card against the NFC antenna of your device. Refer to your device's user manual to locate the antenna accurately.

Funds are only charged from your payment card once the newly purchased ticket has been successfully written to your Troika card.
