HEXANAUT GAME INSTRUCTIONS
Navigate the map using your mouse. Venture beyond your territory to trace a line and claim new land. Returning to your domain closes the loop, securing all enclosed tiles.
Outside your territory, you're vulnerable. If another player crosses your trail, they'll slice it, forcing you to restart.
Aim to seize 20% of the map to earn the Hexanaut title. Maintain that territory for two minutes as a Hexanaut to claim victory!
Beware: if you're eliminated while another player holds the Hexanaut title, you can't rejoin the match.

Hexanaut.io features five unique totems to capture during gameplay. Secure them safely to gain advantages that help you dominate the map and become a Hexanaut.
SPREADING TOTEM
The Spreading Totem automatically captures hexes for you. Once claimed, it emits lasers that seize tiles incrementally, a vital asset in the early stages when expanding is challenging.
SPEED TOTEM
The Speed Totem boosts your movement by 5%. Though modest, stacking multiple Speed Totems significantly enhances your agility, giving you an edge in the game.
TELEPORTING GATE
Teleporting Gates provide instant travel across the map. Perfect for covering vast territories quickly, they also allow you to surprise enemies attacking your borders, catching them off guard to sever their trails.
SLOWING TOTEM
The Slowing Totem creates a zone where opponents move sluggishly, like flies in a web. Use this to outmaneuver rivals in the area, but steer clear of enemy Slowing Totems to avoid their crippling effect.
SPY DISH
The Spy Dish reveals all players' territories on the map. This becomes crucial as your domain grows, highlighting areas under attack so you can defend them effectively.
