Story

Your adventure starts in a forest near the village of Riders, where you, along with your friends Lilia and Cheval, discover a shining egg. In a playful act, you mimic the Rite of Kinship, only to be astonished when it actually works, hatching a baby Rathalos, known as "the King of the Skies." You name him Ratha and take him back to the village. Tragedy soon strikes as a monster infected with "the Black Blight" attacks, leaving the village in ruins and deeply affecting Cheval and Lilia.

A year later, you receive a Kinship Stone from the Village Chief, officially becoming a Rider. With Cheval and Lilia pursuing their own paths, you partner with the cheerful Navirou and set out on a new adventure. Embark on a journey filled with friendship and triumph in the world of Monster Hunter Stories!

• This app shares the same introductory story as the handheld console version, but several features such as collaboration contents, amiibo features, local Network Battles, and StreetPass are not included.
• Deleting the app will erase all save data, and the app can only be downloaded via Wi-Fi.
• Battle Party QR codes from the Japanese version are incompatible with this version.
