Beyond the main game, however, lies the Lost Galaxy, a secret area accessible only through ten hidden portals scattered across the game's levels. This guide details the location and method for finding each portal. Look for a swirling icon on the level select screen to indicate a hidden portal within that stage.

Portal Locations and Access Methods:

1. Az-Tech Trail:

Mid-level, locate a dark chamber with four lit torches surrounding a wall. Utilize the Twin-Frog Gloves to extinguish all four flames. This will reveal the portal.

2. Creamy Canyon:

Early in the level, past a snowy arena with a ladybug enemy, grab the charging pig. Swing it towards the icy statue, destroying it. Backtrack, flip over the ladybug, and bounce to a higher platform. Perform a charged spin attack to access the portal room.

3. Go-Go Archipelago:

After defeating Captain Pincher, locate his embedded claw. A glowing light indicates a spot for a charged spin attack. Drill down to uncover a hidden room containing the portal and treasure.

4. Downsize Surprise:

Near the level's end, find a bubble-blowing frog. Blow into your controller to initiate bubble production. Shrink, ride a bubble, and transfer to another before it pops to reach a branch above a bot. Navigate to the opposite branch to find the portal.

5. Free Big Brother!:

At the level's start, turn around and locate platforms with an electric enemy. Lure it to electrocute the platforms, revealing the portal behind.

6. Bathhouse Battle:

Find the house with the flaming chimney. After absorbing water, reach the roof and extinguish the flames. Descend the chimney to find the portal.

7. Hieiroglitch Pyramid:

At the level's end, locate an area with falling jewels and a bounce pad. This leads to a hidden area with a trap. Find two hidden switches to open the pathway to the portal.

8. Balloon Breeze:

Obtain the puffer-fish power-up. Backtrack to an early area with a distant platform and a ladybug. Use the ladybug to reach the floating area. Activate the puffer-fish, hover to the platform, and use motion controls to clear bamboo surrounding the portal. Activate it by circling its perimeter.

9. Djinny of the Lamp:

After defeating Djinny, climb the ruins, locating glowing ground indicating invisible platforms. Hover to each platform, then use the rug to reach another platform containing the portal.

10. Frozen Meal:

Before the boss fight, roll a snowball into a large ball, using it as a platform to reach the cliffside and the final portal.
