S-Tier:
Beryl and Col are top DPS choices; Beryl's Destroyer type offers an advantage. Col excels as a rogue, triggering additional actions with flanking kills. Gloria and Inanna are top support; Gloria also functions as a powerful DPS, while Inanna provides crucial healing and a controllable tank minion, "Guard of the Princess." Edda, a strong support character, enhances magic teams. Cocoa, a powerful tank, offers healing and utility. Saffiyah (versatile support/DPS) and Auguste (high DPS, excellent for auto-play) are considered game-changers.
A-Tier:
Dantalion and Magnus synergize well, offering significant attack buffs. Magnus is a valuable tank (unless you have Cocoa). Dantalion's self-buffing capabilities make him a persistent threat. Nonowill offers support and mobility. Simona, a battlemage, excels at crowd control and damage. Rawiyah (Alt) provides high damage, AoE capabilities, and self-healing. Saffiyah (Alt) offers strong debuffing and support.
B-Tier:
Maitha serves as a versatile early-game tank/DPS/healer. Rawiyah is a strong early-game DPS unit with AoE and self-healing.
C-Tier:

Crimson Falcon is a high-damage, mobile rogue, easily maxed due to abundant Memory Shards. Tempest and Stormbreaker provide solid frontline DPS. Darklight Ice Priest (Rare) and Abyss are strong mage options. Butterfly offers utility and repositioning. Suppression and Angel fulfill tank and healer roles respectively.
