"Back 2 Back: Major Update Coming Soon for Couch Co-Op Game"
Two Frogs, an indie development team based in Nantes, France, is preparing to launch a significant update for their game, Back 2 Back, named The Big Update 2.0, set for release in June. Since its launch in Fall 2024 on Android, this update promises to bring a host of new features and enhancements to the game.
Here’s What’s Coming in the New Back 2 Back Update
First and foremost, the update introduces a new level system for cars, allowing players to unlock three different levels for each vehicle. These levels will come with unique features, such as the ability for cars to withstand lava or provide players with an extra life, adding a fresh twist to gameplay.
Additionally, The Big Update 2.0 will introduce boosters to Back 2 Back, which will contain collectible stickers. Players can use these stickers to customize their cars, adding a personal touch to their in-game vehicles.
A new map, inspired by the sunny summer vibes of Nantes, will also be added. Two Frogs hinted that this map will have a dated look post-summer, suggesting the introduction of seasonal content in future updates.
Played the Game?
If you haven’t yet tried Back 2 Back, here’s a quick rundown of what the game offers. It’s a couch co-op experience where two players use separate phones to control a single car—one drives while the other shoots, all while being pursued by relentless robots.
Survival depends on strategic role-switching at the right moments. The game features straightforward controls, with gyro for steering and taps for shooting. As you progress, the gameplay becomes increasingly intense. Back 2 Back is available for free on the Google Play Store, so give it a try!
