Microsoft has announced the list of games that will be departing from its Xbox Game Pass subscription service on May 15, 2025. A total of eight titles are scheduled to leave, including Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons, Jurassic World Evolution 2, and Little Kitty, Big City.

Xbox Game Pass offers a comprehensive gaming experience for both Xbox and PC platforms. Subscribers enjoy the ability to stream games directly on smart devices and consoles, access new titles on their release day depending on their subscription level, and play from a vast library of premium games with friends across console, PC, or cloud. It's from this extensive library that the following eight games will be removed:

Microsoft is set to reveal Wave 2 of the May 2025 Game Pass lineup shortly after these games are removed from the service.

In a recent update, Xbox Game Pass Ultimate members have been granted a new feature: the ability to stream select games directly to their consoles without the need for downloads. This was highlighted in an Xbox Wire post, detailing that Ultimate members can now stream games from the Game Pass catalog, as well as certain games they own, directly to their Xbox Series X, Series S, and Xbox One consoles via cloud streaming. Previously, this feature was available on smart TVs, PCs, smartphones, and Meta Quest headsets, marking its debut on consoles.
