Phasmophobia boasts an impressive collection of 54 achievements, with an additional Platinum trophy for PS5 players, making a total of 55 trophies. These achievements test various aspects of the game, from basic training to the most challenging feats. Unlocking them all will earn you the coveted Achievement Hunter ID Card and Badge for your character.

A key strategy for unlocking many of these achievements is to play with friends. Collaborating with others can speed up equipment setup, provide second opinions on ghost identities, and help trigger specific ghost behaviors necessary for certain achievements.

Rookie	Complete 10 Contracts Choose a map, enter the location, select a ghost from the list, and exit by closing the van. Correct identification isn't required.
Professional	Complete 50 Contracts Follow the same process as for Rookie, completing 50 contracts in total.
Boss	Complete 100 Contracts Continue completing contracts until you reach 100.
Extra Mile	Complete 50 optional objectives Optional objectives appear when you start a contract. Complete up to three per contract, marked by red checkmarks when achieved.
Dedicated	Complete 30 daily tasks Find daily tasks in the Main Menu; they refresh every 24 hours. Complete the required activities to fulfill each task.
Devoted	Complete 10 weekly tasks Weekly tasks are listed in the Main Menu and refresh every Sunday. Complete them within the week.
Challenger Approaching	Complete a Weekly Challenge Mode Access Challenge Mode from the Main Menu. Complete the challenge three times within the week to unlock this achievement and earn $5,000.
Rise to the Challenge	Complete the Weekly Challenge Mode 5 Times Repeat the Weekly Challenge Mode five times, completing each challenge three times within its respective week.
Taking All Challenges	Complete the Weekly Challenge Mode 10 Times Complete the Weekly Challenge Mode ten times, ensuring each challenge is completed three times within its week.
Chump Change	Spend $1 After earning money from contracts, spend it on the Equipment Manager screen.
Fat Stack	Spend $10,000 Continue spending until you reach $10,000 on the Equipment Manager screen.
Cash Cow	Spend $50,000 Keep spending until you hit $50,000 on the Equipment Manager screen.
Break The Bank	Spend $100,000 Spend a total of $100,000 on the Equipment Manager screen.
Bare Essentials	Unlock all tier one equipment Level up by completing contracts and earning money. Purchase all tier one equipment at Level 16 to unlock this achievement.
Tools of the Trade	Unlock all tier two equipment Continue leveling up and upgrading all equipment to tier two at Level 49.
Fully Loaded	Unlock all tier three equipment Reach Level 90 and upgrade all equipment to tier three to unlock this achievement.
Director	Create a custom difficulty Go to the Main Menu, select 'Difficulty' under 'Choose a Contract', and choose 'Custom'. Customize your settings and click 'Apply'.
Bronze Hunter	Obtain the Bronze Apocalypse Trophy Create a custom difficulty for Sunny Meadows Institution in Singleplayer. Complete all three optional objectives, take a ghost photo, identify the ghost, and survive. Alternatively, use the 'Insanity' difficulty.
Silver Hunter	Obtain the Silver Apocalypse Trophy Follow the same steps as for the Bronze Hunter but in a different session.
Gold Hunter	Obtain the Gold Apocalypse Trophy Complete the same tasks as for the Bronze and Silver Hunters. Completing Gold first will automatically unlock the other two trophies.
Banshee Discovered	Successfully identify your first Banshee and survive Look for Ultraviolet, Ghost Orbs, and DOTs as evidence. Banshees target individuals and scream into the Parabolic Microphone.
Demon Discovered	Successfully identify your first Demon and survive Identify with Ultraviolet, Ghost Writing, and Freezing Temperatures. Demons hunt every 20 seconds at any sanity level.
Deogen Discovered	Successfully identify your first Deogen and survive Evidence includes Spirit Box, Ghost Writing, and DOTs. Deogens are known for heavy breathing in the Parabolic Microphone.
Goryo Discovered	Successfully identify your first Goryo and survive Identify with EMF5, Ultraviolet, and DOTs. Goryos don't move far during hunts.
Hantu Discovered	Successfully identify your first Hantu and survive Look for Ultraviolet, Ghost Orbs, and Freezing Temperatures. Hantus move faster in colder temperatures during hunts.
Jinn Discovered	Successfully identify your first Jinn and survive Evidence includes EMF5, Ultraviolet, and Freezing Temperatures. Jinns are faster during hunts when the breaker is on.
Mare Discovered	Successfully identify your first Mare and survive Identify with Spirit Box, Ghost Orbs, and Ghost Writing. Mares turn off lights and wander to dark rooms.
Moroi Discovered	Successfully identify your first Moroi and survive Evidence includes Spirit Box, Ghost Writing, and Freezing Temperatures. Morois curse players, depleting sanity faster.
Myling Discovered	Successfully identify your first Myling and survive Identify with EMF5, Ultraviolet, and Ghost Writing. Mylings are hard to detect by sound from a distance.
Obake Discovered	Successfully identify your first Obake and survive Look for EMF5, Ultraviolet, and Ghost Orbs. Obakes have abnormal ultraviolet prints and change models during hunts.
Oni Discovered	Successfully identify your first Oni and survive Evidence includes EMF5, Freezing Temperatures, and DOTs. Onis drain extra sanity during events and are more visible during hunts.
Onryo Discovered	Successfully identify your first Onryo and survive Identify with Spirit Box, Ghost Orbs, and Freezing Temperatures. Onryos extinguish three Firelights in succession to trigger a hunt.
Phantom Discovered	Successfully identify your first Phantom and survive Look for Spirit Box, Ultraviolet, and DOTs. Phantoms are not visible in player-taken photos.
Poltergeist Discovered	Successfully identify your first Poltergeist and survive Evidence includes Spirit Box, Ultraviolet, and Ghost Writing. Poltergeists throw debris further than other ghosts.
Raiju Discovered	Successfully identify your first Raiju and survive Identify with EMF5, Ghost Orbs, and DOTs. Raijus hunt at higher sanity levels and move faster near electronics.
Revenant Discovered	Successfully identify your first Revenant and survive Look for Ghost Orbs, Ghost Writing, and Freezing Temperatures. Revenants move slowly until detecting a player.
Shade Discovered	Successfully identify your first Shade and survive Evidence includes EMF5, Ghost Writing, and Freezing Temperatures. Shades don't hunt or event in their favorite room.
Spirit Discovered	Successfully identify your first Spirit and survive Identify with EMF5, Spirit Box, and Ghost Writing. Spirits have a longer cooldown when Incensed.
Thaye Discovered	Successfully identify your first Thaye and survive Look for Ghost Orbs, Ghost Writing, and DOTs. Thayes' ghost model ages as player sanity drops.
The Mimic Discovered	Successfully identify your first Mimic and survive Evidence includes Spirit Box, Ultraviolet, Freezing Temperatures, and Ghost Orbs. Mimics change ghost behavior and have four pieces of evidence.
The Twins Discovered	Successfully identify your first Twins and survive Identify with EMF5, Spirit Box, and Freezing Temperatures. Twins have double ghost activities and hunt at two speeds.
Wraith Discovered	Successfully identify your first Wraith and survive Look for EMF5, Spirit Box, and DOTs. Wraiths don't interact with salt.
Yokai Discovered	Successfully identify your first Yokai and survive Evidence includes Spirit Box, Ghost Orbs, and DOTs. Yokais have stronger audio detection and hunt at up to 80% sanity.
Yurei Discovered	Successfully identify your first Yurei and survive Identify with Ghost Orbs, Freezing Temperatures, and DOTs. Yureis frequently interact with doors.
I	Reach Prestige I Reach Level 100 and choose to 'Prestige' from the Main Menu. Note that your level and equipment will reset.
II	Reach Prestige II Reach Level 100 again after Prestige I and choose to 'Prestige' again.
III	Reach Prestige III Reach Level 100 after Prestige II and choose to 'Prestige' for the third time.
Work Experience (Hidden)	Complete your first contract In Singleplayer or Multiplayer, select a ghost and leave the map by closing the van. Do not select 'Leave Game' in the Journal.
Flawless Execution (Hidden)	Complete a perfect investigation Complete all three optional objectives, take nine 3-star photos, collect the bone, and correctly guess the ghost's identity.
They're Here (Hidden)	Witness a Poltergeist ability Group multiple objects together in the ghost's location to trigger a Poltergeist's ability to throw them simultaneously.
Escape Artist (Hidden)	Escape a Revenant Use tier 2 or 3 Incense to stall a Revenant during a hunt and escape successfully.
The Bait (Hidden)	Get killed by a Banshee in multiplayer Identify a Banshee, lower your sanity, and wait in the ghost's location for a hunt in multiplayer.
Doom Slayed (Hidden)	Get killed by a Demon ability within the first minute Enter a map with a Demon and get hunted within the first minute, as Demons can hunt at any sanity level.
Paranormal Perfectionist (PS5 Platinum Trophy)	Obtain all trophies
