My Father Lied: An Indie Developer's Vision

The game's creation story is fascinating. Ahmed Alameen, the developer, initially pursued writing and filmmaking. A college collaboration idea sparked the game's inception, but the original team disbanded. Undeterred, Alameen embarked on a solo journey, teaching himself 3D modeling and Unreal Engine to realize his vision. Even the game's title resulted from a collaborative effort with his wife.

Unraveling the Mystery

The game plunges players into a captivating mystery steeped in ancient Mesopotamian myths, secrets, puzzles, and surprises. Players assume the role of Huda, a young woman grappling with a twenty-year-old question: What happened to her father? The answer, as the story unfolds, is far from straightforward.

Android Release Date
