How to Get & Use Armor Spheres in Monster Hunter Wilds
In *Monster Hunter Wilds*, simply crafting new armor sets isn't always the best strategy. Sometimes, upgrading your existing armor can be more beneficial to tackle the increasingly tough challenges you'll face. Here’s a detailed guide on how to acquire and utilize Armor Spheres in *Monster Hunter Wilds*.
Getting Armor Spheres in Monster Hunter Wilds
Armor Spheres are primarily obtained as rewards for completing both main and optional quests in *Monster Hunter Wilds*. Your journey to acquiring these valuable items begins after you defeat Uth Duna for the first time. From this point onward, completing quests post-Uth Duna will reward you with Armor Spheres.
To see what rewards you can earn, simply select a quest from your journal and press the R1 button to view the rewards list. After successfully completing a hunt, you'll receive your rewards on the results screen.
Armor Spheres are relatively easy to farm. You'll naturally accumulate a good number of them by progressing through the main storyline, and even more if you diligently tackle the optional quests as they become available.
How to Use Armor Spheres
Armor Spheres are crucial for upgrading your armor pieces. To do this, head to the base camp and speak with Gemma the smithy. Choose the option to forge or upgrade your armor. Select the piece of gear you wish to enhance, then press R1 to navigate to the Upgrade tab.
Select the item you want to upgrade, and you'll need to use Armor Spheres along with some Zenny to proceed. Keep in mind that the higher the upgrade level, the more it will cost to reach the next level.
That's the comprehensive guide on acquiring and using Armor Spheres in *Monster Hunter Wilds*. For more tips and insights on the game, be sure to check out The Escapist.
