Battlefield New Title Release Window Announced by EA
Electronic Arts has unveiled a projected release timeframe for the next Battlefield game. Their financial report indicates a launch before April 2026.
Industry insider Tom Henderson, citing EA's past release schedules, predicts an October or November 2025 launch for the new Battlefield title. However, EA remains tight-lipped on concrete release dates.
Development is underway across four of EA's internal studios, with extensive playtesting planned. A closed beta program is already underway, allowing selected players to experience core game elements and provide valuable feedback for pre-release refinement.
This announcement also clarifies the future of the Need for Speed franchise. Vince Zampella previously indicated that a new NFS installment is not imminent, as the Battlefield project currently holds top priority.
