Coromon Adventure on Horizon for 2025

Following the mobile release of the popular monster-collecting game Coromon by developer TRAGsoft, a roguelite spin-off is on the horizon. Coromon: Rogue Planet (Free), slated for release next year, will be available on Steam, Switch, iOS, and Android. This new title promises to combine the turn-based combat of its predecessor with addictive roguelite elements, creating a highly replayable monster-catching experience. The Steam page boasts 10 ever-changing biomes, 7 playable characters, over 130 monsters, and more. Check out the official announcement trailer below:
The original Coromon is a free-to-play mobile game. It will be interesting to see how Coromon: Rogue Planet performs on mobile and whether its release coincides with the Switch and Steam versions. You can add Coromon: Rogue Planet to your Steam wishlist here. While I haven't played Coromon recently, Coromon: Rogue Planet's gameplay sounds incredibly engaging. Based on the Steam screenshots, it appears perfectly suited for short bursts of play. In the meantime, you can download the original Coromon for free on iOS here.
