New Deadlock Patch Enhances Hero Balance, Adjusts Damage
Valve's commitment to Deadlock continues, even without a rigid update schedule. The latest patch isn't a huge overhaul, but it's significantly more than a minor adjustment. A complete changelog is available on the official forums.

Following the January 18th introduction of four new heroes, balance tweaks quickly followed. Holliday's Crackshot ability now affects units, halving its cooldown when doing so. Calico's Ava ability gains the power to destroy objects during traversal.
Existing heroes also received adjustments: Kelvin's health increased (600 to 650), Vendicta's bullet speed decreased (810 to 740), and her movement speed reduced (9 to 8). In total, eleven heroes, including the newcomers, saw targeted changes.
Deadlock remains in closed beta, boasting a stable online player base consistently between 7,000 and 20,000 players.
