He assures fans that development is significantly further along than publicly perceived, though specifics remain undisclosed. This news may disappoint some, yet it's a more positive timeline than earlier predictions suggesting a 2027 release.
June 2024 saw the release of a new trailer, showcasing intense zombie gunfights and Mad Max-style post-apocalyptic vehicles. The game's narrative will unfold years after the apocalypse, focusing on human survival and the establishment of fortified settlements against the undead threat.
State of Decay 3 is slated for release on PC and Xbox Series consoles. The previous installment launched in 2018.
