Doom Slayers Collection Rumored for PS5 and Xbox Series X/S Return
The Doom Slayers Collection, a compilation featuring four iconic Doom games, may be making a comeback on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S. The collection, which was delisted in 2024, has reportedly received new ESRB ratings for these platforms.
The ESRB ratings, however, notably omit Nintendo Switch and last-generation consoles, suggesting the re-release will focus solely on current-gen systems and PC. This aligns with previous Bethesda practices, such as the re-release of Doom and Doom II as a combined package on current-gen consoles. The recent ESRB rating for Doom 64 on PS5 and Xbox Series X/S further fuels speculation, given its inclusion as a download code with the physical Doom Slayers Collection.
