Delta Force: Tactical Shooter Revival Now Available
The much-anticipated revival of the classic tactical shooter series, Delta Force, has now launched across multiple platforms, including iOS and Android. This release comes a bit later than initially planned but brings with it an exciting blend of gameplay modes. Players can dive into the intense tactical action of the extraction shooter mode or engage in massive 24v24 battles, utilizing a variety of vehicles across land, sea, and air.
Delta Force's mobile version kicks off with the Eclipse Vigil season, introducing a new map themed around night and dusk for Operations and Warfare modes. This season also features new night-vision goggles, enhancing the tactical experience. Additionally, the newest operator, Nox, comes equipped with unique abilities designed for players who thrive on strategy and subterfuge.
The excitement for Delta Force's release has been palpable, with Garena announcing over 25 million pre-registrations. This buzz is fueled by the game's commitment to a non-pay-to-win model, an in-game marketplace for trading gear, cross-progression, and other core features.
The launch of Delta Force mobile isn't just about new maps and operators; Garena is also rolling out a host of other features. Fans of first-person shooters will appreciate the addition of the Kill Cam, a feature long requested by the community. The game's sound design has been revamped, which is particularly important for the new low-light maps like Blackout and Trench Lines.
Alongside these updates, Delta Force introduces new weapons, gadgets, and vehicles, as well as a new event called 'Critical Point.' This event features the dynamic Threshold map, which changes under certain conditions, providing a fresh experience for fans of large-scale multiplayer battles.
If your device struggles to handle Delta Force's demanding graphics, don't worry. There's a wealth of other excellent shooters available on iOS and Android that can satisfy your gaming cravings.
