Disney's Pixel RPG Unveils Pre-Registration
GungHo Entertainment has made a new Disney game. Yes, the guys behind Teppen, the crossover card-battler, have teamed up with Disney to bring a retro-style title called Disney Pixel RPG. It’s set to launch sometime this year, around September. What’s Disney Pixel RPG About? It’s a pixelated Disney universe where you’ll meet almost everyone and anyone from the Disney franchise. The list includes Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck, Pooh, Aladdin, Ariel, Baymax, Stitch, Aurora, Maleficent and even characters from Zootopia and Big Hero 6. You get to create and customise your own character, by the way.In the game, the Disney characters are being overrun by some bizarre programs, throwing everything into chaos. Previously isolated worlds are now colliding, causing some seriously unexpected meet-ups. Your mission will be to team up with them and set things right across all the interconnected worlds.Coming to what type of game it will be, well, the Disney Pixel RPG has got a bit of everything. You’ll see battle, action and rhythm challenges across multiple worlds. You can jump into fast-paced battles, give your characters simple commands or let them handle it themselves in auto mode (It’s actually an auto-battler). You can also dive deep into strategising with Attack, Defend and Skill commands. You can mix and match hairstyles and outfits to create the perfect look for your avatars. Disney-themed gear is obviously there, so you can rock that Mickey Mouse outfit or go full-on princess mode, whatever suits your mood.Disney Pixel RPG also has expeditions where the characters can go off and gather materials. When they come back, they bring all sorts of goodies. So, if you’re a Disney fan or love pixelated games, check out the game on the Google Play Store. Pre-registration is now live. Also, check out some of our other news. Travel To Vienna In An Opera-Themed Update With Version 1.7 Of Reverse: 1999.
