• Locate the quest within Breezy Meadow.

Specifically, find the quest in Breezy Meadow, south of Florawish. Travel to the Meadow Wharf Warp Spire near the eastern coast. From there, proceed to the map location to find Viliak near the Meadow Wharf, facing the water. Interact with her to initiate the quest.
