Electronic Arts aka EA is Hosting a Playtest for City Life Game with Friends on Android

Electronic Arts, widely known as EA, is inviting Android users to dive into a unique playtest for their upcoming game, City Life Game with Friends. This playtest is a crucial part of EA's ambitious project, The Sims Project Rene. Through this limited-time event, EA aims to collect valuable feedback on the game's performance and player interactions, helping shape the future of their innovative project.

Where Is the City Life Game with Friends Playtest Available?

The playtest is exclusively available for Android devices. To participate, your phone must be running at least Android 12 and have a minimum of 4GB of RAM. Please note that access to the playtest is not open to everyone; it's limited to specific participants.

You can enjoy the game until April 4th, 2025, but be aware of the different end times based on your region: 7 PM UTC, 6 AM AEST in Australia, and 3 AM PHT in the Philippines. Once the playtest concludes, the game will no longer be accessible, and you'll need to uninstall it from your device.

Keep in mind, this is not the final version of the game, nor does it fully represent what the end product will be. However, it offers a glimpse into the direction EA might be taking with The Sims Project Rene, showcasing their experimental approach to game development.

What’s in Store?

Upon entering the playtest, you'll have the chance to create a character that reflects your personal style and mood. The neighborhood is alive with activities, from shopping for new outfits at the Thrift Shop to relaxing at the Café or participating in community events.

Collaborate with other players to organize block parties, make wishes at the plaza fountain, and search for hidden collectibles. City Life Game with Friends emphasizes social interaction and community building, encouraging players to connect over shared interests in art, music, and engaging conversations.

If you're eager to participate, head over to the Google Play Store and check if you're in one of the designated playtest regions. If this playtest isn't for you, stay tuned for our next news on Bandai Namco's decision to discontinue PAC-MAN Mobile on its 45th anniversary.
