Elder Dragon Kirin Joins 'Monster Hunter: World' for Lunar New Year
Celebrate Lunar New Year in Monster Hunter Now! Niantic is hosting a special event featuring exclusive Lunar New Year gear and the return of fan-favorite items.
This limited-time event, running until February 2nd, brings back the Lucky Dragon Hammer, Fortune Dragon Fans, and Dragon Dance Mask. Hunters can also earn these items, along with the coveted Lucky Light Bowgun, by defeating Gold Rathian, Pink Rathian, or Banbaro. These challenging hunts offer event tickets redeemable for the exclusive rewards.
The event also introduces a new Dragon-element Light Bowgun to aid in the hunt for the fearsome Kirin, making its appearance at the start of February. Boost your hunting prowess with Lunar New Year-themed packs containing layered equipment. Details on limited-time quests are available in the official update announcement.
