Explore the Latest Subclasses Added to Baldur's Gate 3 in Patch 8 PC Gaming Mag
Baldur's Gate 3's highly anticipated Patch #8 is on the horizon, bringing with it a wave of exciting new features. Cross-play, a much-requested photo mode, and a whopping 12 brand-new subclasses are all part of the package. Larian Studios recently offered a sneak peek at four of these subclasses in a video: the Bard College of Enchantment, Barbarian Path of the Giant, Cleric Death Domain, and Druid Circle of Stars.
Currently undergoing stress testing (with further sign-up opportunities available), the patch's release date remains undisclosed. However, Larian continues to build anticipation with a series of videos, the first of which showcased the four subclasses mentioned above. Two more videos are planned, revealing the remaining eight subclasses. This staggered release allows players ample time to prepare for the significant changes.
The stress test, which began in January, also introduced the highly anticipated photo mode. Patch #8 marks the culmination of the game's post-launch development, leaving players both excited and curious about the future of Baldur's Gate 3.
