Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 2: Mortal Kombat Crossover Launches February 21

Kicking off February 21st, Wanted features a major collaboration with the iconic Mortal Kombat franchise. Sub-Zero himself joins the Battle Pass, perfectly complementing the season's heist-themed aesthetic. This collaboration cleverly ties into the marketing for Mortal Kombat 2, the upcoming film starring Karl Urban as Johnny Cage and Adeline Rudolph as Kitana.
Battle Pass skins will be available for purchase using V-Bucks, with each character priced at 1,500 V-Bucks—no price changes from previous seasons.

Returning favorites include the Flare Gun, C4, and the Diplomat turret. While other weapon returns remain unconfirmed, speculation runs wild amongst players recalling Chapter 4 Season 4's heist theme. The EMP Grenade, classic SMGs, the Tommy Gun, and even the Grappler are all rumored to make a comeback.
A highly anticipated addition is Smart Building, a game-changing mechanic that predicts your building needs based on your aiming direction.
The heist theme extends to gameplay mechanics, replacing keycards with vault breaches. Players will need Meltanite, Fortnite's thermite equivalent, to crack open these vaults and claim their rewards.
