You'll need to visit multiple sites to find one. Here are some hotspots to check:

• Seaport City: In the central area.
• Demon’s Dojo: Near the left shack.
• Canyon Crossing: To the south of this location.

Quest #2. Spend Bars in Black Markets to Bribe the Outlaws

Quest #5. Steal a Copy of the Mask-Making Book from the Mask Maker’s Hideout

Quest #6. Talk to Midas About the Zero Point Shard

For the final quest, make your way to Midas at the Black Market near Rainbow Fields. Engage in a conversation with him to wrap up the "Wanted: Midas" storyline.
