"Back to the Future's Time Machine Now Available in CSR2"
Get ready to rev your engines and travel back in time with Zynga's latest update to Custom Street Racer 2 (CSR2). In a thrilling crossover to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the iconic 1985 film, Back to the Future, directed by Robert Zemeckis, players can now experience the nostalgia firsthand.
CSR2 Is Taking You Back to the Future
As of today, you have the chance to collect and race the legendary DeLorean Time Machine, straight out of the first film. While it doesn't come with any performance boosts or special abilities, the DeLorean is a fully drivable car that adds a unique touch to your garage. But that's not all—CSR2 is rolling out a full Back to the Future-themed experience.
The crossover event introduces a custom in-game UI inspired by the movie, a brand-new narrative, and a series of events to keep you engaged. Look forward to three flash events dedicated to the Time Machine, along with an exciting community competition.
Zynga has promised that this is just the beginning, with additional themed events planned throughout the year. To kick things off, CSR2 is currently hosting quizzes on their social media platforms where you can participate and win some fantastic goodies. Don't miss out; check them out here.

Sadly, No Free Trips to 1955!
While the game won't let you time-travel to 1955 like in the movie or even in games like Reverse:1999, the CSR2 x Back to the Future collaboration is truly one of a kind. The legendary gull-winged DeLorean from the first film is now available to drive in-game, making it an exhilarating experience in itself.
Sam Cooper, Zynga's vice president of games, emphasized the significance of this unique crossover, noting that the Time Machine is one of the most recognizable and beloved picture cars in history. He expressed excitement about allowing players to virtually race this iconic vehicle while celebrating the movie's milestone anniversary.
What are your thoughts on this crossover? Will you be taking the DeLorean for a spin? You can download Custom Street Racer 2 from the Google Play Store to get your hands on this new car.
