Genshin Impact Version 6.0: Unveiling Nasha Town and Nod-Krai

Recent leaks from Genshin Impact's beta servers suggest the locations of Nasha Town and Nod-Krai, both anticipated for Version 6.0. While the Natlan region is still under development, beta builds are increasingly incorporating placeholders for Snezhnaya, the Cryo Nation ruled by the Tsaritsa. Snezhnaya's immense size, potentially exceeding Sumeru and Liyue, necessitates a regional division, hinting at a phased rollout across future updates. Its expanse is projected to stretch westward from Natlan and encircle Fontaine to the north.

Previously speculated as a separate region, Nod-Krai's location is now largely confirmed through datamining. This autonomous province acts as a crucial trade hub, linking Snezhnaya to the rest of Teyvat. Liben's insights place Nod-Krai in Snezhnaya's southernmost reaches, suggesting access via Fontaine or Natlan.

Leakflow, Extra, and footage from The_Strifemaster reveal a placeholder landmass in the Version 5.4 beta, situated beneath Fontaine's western waterfalls. This landmass appears to connect with Mont Esus, a rumored Fontaine expansion. While this doesn't confirm Mont Esus's release timeframe, the evidence strongly suggests a connection to Nasha Town and Nod-Krai.

Exploring Nod-Krai: A Lawless Province

Nod-Krai is both a region and a city situated on Snezhnaya's southern border. Despite some semblance of order maintained by the Voynich Guild, it's known for its lawless nature. A significant Fatui stronghold, led by the popular Harbinger Dottore, operates within Nod-Krai. Nasha Town is a key settlement within this province, and its inhabitants are rumored to possess power predating Teyvat's seven Elements.

Dividing Snezhnaya might prove controversial, but its sheer size likely necessitates a multi-year release strategy, considering both narrative and development complexities. With the Natlan Archon Quest concluding in Version 5.3, subsequent updates will gradually prepare players for Snezhnaya's introduction. While Capitano's fate remains uncertain, Skirk, a character with ties to Khaenri'ah's Five Sinners, is set to become playable in Natlan. Barring unforeseen delays, Version 6.0 is slated for a September 10, 2025 launch.
