Hideo Kojima recently shared on social media that the Japanese voice actors for Death Stranding 2: On the Beach have finished recording their lines. While the Japanese dub is still in progress, the completion of this crucial stage signifies the project's nearing completion. The final recording sessions focused on a pivotal scene featuring six main characters, prompting a celebratory gathering amongst the cast and crew. Kojima expressed bittersweet feelings about concluding this phase but anticipates future collaborations.
Further details regarding Death Stranding 2 are promised during SXSW 2025 on March 10th. Whether or not a release date will be unveiled at this event remains to be seen.
