InZOI developers are taking a short New Year's break, but project lead Hyungjun "Kjun" Kim offered a sneak peek at upcoming features before their departure. Here's what's in store:

• Facial Capture for Zois: Real-time facial capture for crafting zois will be significantly streamlined for ease of use, exceeding initial expectations.

• Pets: While highly requested, pet ownership will not be available during the early access period. Patience is key!

• Tall Buildings: Buildings will be capped at 30 floors to maintain optimal game performance, despite engine capabilities for taller structures.

• Gas Stations & Fights: Gas stations will be included, and the combat system has been revamped. Responding to player feedback, the simplistic "slap" mechanic has been replaced with a more robust fighting system featuring clear winners and losers.

• Tutorial: A comprehensive tutorial will be implemented to assist new players unfamiliar with the game's genre.

Krafton still aims for an early access release at the end of March, with no anticipated delays.
