Kevin Conroy's Final Role in Devil May Cry Anime Revealed by Netflix
Let the demon hunting begin! Netflix is bringing the beloved video game franchise Devil May Cry to life with an exciting new anime series, and fans have been treated to a tantalizing trailer. Adding to the excitement, the late, legendary voice actor Kevin Conroy will posthumously lend his voice to the series.
Conroy, renowned for his iconic portrayal of Bruce Wayne and Batman across numerous animated films and TV shows, takes on the role of VP Baines in Devil May Cry. You can hear his distinctive voice in the opening of the trailer, bringing his unique artistry to this new character.
Back in July 2024, Conroy's posthumous performance in *Justice League: Crisis on Infinite Earths: Part 3* was met with widespread acclaim, making his appearance in *Devil May Cry* even more special. Following his passing in November 2022 at the age of 66, fans are thrilled to hear his voice once more. Joining Conroy in the cast are Scout Taylor-Compton as Mary, Hoon Lee as White Rabbit, Chris Coppola as Enzo, and Johnny Yong Bosch, who voices the series' protagonist, Dante.According to Netflix's official synopsis, "Sinister forces are at play to open the portal between the human and demon realms.
