In Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, sometimes a subtle approach is better than brute force. This guide explains how to incapacitate enemies without killing them.
Knocking Out Enemies
Leaving a trail of corpses isn't always ideal. Knocking out enemies offers a stealthier alternative. Here's how:
- Crouch: Press the circle button to crouch and sneak up behind an NPC.
- Knockout Prompt: A "Knock Out" prompt appears in the bottom right corner when you're close enough. Press the designated button.
- Timing is Key: A blue icon with swords indicates the optimal moment to press R2 for a successful knockout.
- Second Chance: If Henry fails, a shield icon appears. Press L2 to restrain the NPC and attempt the knockout again.
- Failure: Failing both attempts will likely trigger a fight.
Success depends on Henry's strength compared to the NPC's. These perks improve your chances:
- Tight Grip: Increases knockout success rate.
- Sandman: Increases knockout success rate.
Stealth Kills
For a more lethal stealth approach, equip a dagger. The process is similar: sneak up from behind, and the stealth kill prompt will appear.
