First up, let's take a look at Cloudspire Coordinator. This uncommon creature card is a perfect representation of the red-white color pairing in Aetherdrift. It embodies the spirit of the Cloudspire Racing Team from the plane of Kylem, which was first introduced in the 2v2-focused set, Battlebond, back in 2018. With a power of 3, Cloudspire Coordinator can crew vehicles on its own, but its activated ability takes things a step further by creating Pilot token creatures to crew them for you. If you're planning to play a red-white deck during an Aetherdrift draft, this card could be a solid choice.

Now, let's turn our attention to the rare enchantment, Count on Luck. This 3-mana card with an all-red-pip casting cost is as straightforward as it gets. At the start of each of your turns, you exile the top card of your library and can play it during that turn. This "impulse draw" mechanic consistently provides you with extra cards to use in a mono-red deck, as long as you can play them right away. It's a "use it or lose it" situation that can add an exciting layer of strategy to your gameplay.

We also have a special treat for you: a look at Count on Luck in its extended-art and First-Place Foil versions. While the extended-art version offers a wider view by removing the card frame on the sides, the First-Place Foils are a brand-new addition to Aetherdrift. These dazzling golden cards are exclusively available in a randomized buy-a-box promo pack that comes with every box of Aetherdrift. Not only will all the rares in the set receive this treatment, but you'll also find 10 full-art lands with the same golden finish.

Mark your calendars, because Aetherdrift will hit the streets, both in paper and online, on February 14. Prereleases will kick off on February 7, so you won't have to wait long to get your hands on these exciting new cards.
