Monster Hunter Now has rolled out its exciting 2025 Spring Festival update, running from April 14th to April 27th. This seasonal event brings a wave of fresh content, including new gear and the introduction of a formidable new monster.

Who’s the New Monster?

The spotlight is on Ebony Odogaron, a fiercer variant of the classic Odogaron. This beast isn’t just a simple reskin; it's enhanced with black smoke emanating from its mouth, signaling its increased aggression. You can encounter Ebony Odogaron in diverse environments such as forests, deserts, swamps, and tundra. Be prepared for a challenging battle as this monster boasts a more aggressive demeanor and a larger roaming area. During the Monster Hunter Now Spring Festival 2025, you’ll also encounter familiar faces like Kulu-Ya-Ku and other monsters as part of the event's quests.

The festival also introduces Spring and Rainbow Eggs, which you can collect by defeating monsters or participating in special Hunt-a-thons. These eggs can be traded at the Event Exchange Hub for exclusive items.

The excitement peaks on April 18th when Giant Egg Toys appear in Hunt-a-thons. Breaking these toys will reward you with a substantial amount of exchangeable Eggs. Throughout the event, you can engage in limited-time quests to earn exclusive rewards, including the Spring Festival 2025 medal, a unique Guild Card background, and Spring 2025 Armor and Weapon Tickets.
