Capcom has officially announced the global release schedule for the highly anticipated Monster Hunter Wilds. Players on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S can dive into the game starting at midnight on Friday, February 28, according to their local time. PC gamers will have to wait a bit longer, with the game becoming available later that same day. However, for those in the Pacific Standard Time (PST) zone, both console and PC versions will be accessible from 9pm on Thursday, February 27.
It's important to note that if you've opted for a physical copy of Monster Hunter Wilds, you'll need to download a 15GB update before you can start playing, as per Capcom's instructions. On the other hand, if you've pre-ordered the digital version, you can already download the latest update, ensuring you're ready to go when the game launches on February 28.
