任天堂宣布了与乐高的另一项合作，这次是一款乐高Game Boy。这款游戏机将于2025年10月上市，是继NES之后第二款获得乐高化处理的游戏主机。
虽然这对乐高和任天堂的粉丝来说都是令人兴奋的消息，但在推特（X）上的公告却充满了关于即将推出的任天堂Switch 2的问题。一位推特（X）用户开玩笑地感谢任天堂：“感谢您最终发布了新游戏机。”与此同时，另一位用户提到：“照这个速度，乐高版Switch 2可能会比游戏机本身发布得更早。”
尽管任天堂尚未就Switch 2发布更详细的公告，但社长古川俊太郎在2024年5月7日表示，他们“将在本财年内发布关于任天堂Switch继任者的公告”。粉丝们只需要再等待一段时间，因为该公司的财年将于3月结束。

任天堂与乐高的过往合作
除了NES乐高套装外，任天堂过去与乐高的合作还带来了其最大游戏系列中备受喜爱的角色，例如超级马里奥、动物森友会和塞尔达传说（TLZ）。
2024年5月，乐高发布了一款包含2500块积木的乐高套装，其中包含塞尔达传说系列中的标志性角色。“巨力库树2合1”套装展示了《时之笛》和《旷野之息》中的树木，甚至还包括塞尔达公主和传说中的大师剑的人物模型。这款套装售价为299.99美元。
在塞尔达传说乐高套装发布两个月后，乐高还发布了一款新的超级马里奥套装，描绘了超级马里奥世界中的马里奥和耀西。这款乐高套装并非普通的玩具套装，而是展示了游戏中马里奥骑着耀西的画面，可以通过旋转曲柄来移动耀西的腿。这款套装售价为129.99美元。
