This new chapter, titled "Pathologic 3: Quarantine," brings back the beloved character, the Bachelor, who is portrayed as a young scientist. Originally working in a metropolitan laboratory, he left his position to tackle a mysterious illness plaguing a remote town.

Interestingly, the content featuring the Bachelor was initially intended for inclusion in the second "Pathologic" game. However, Ice-Pick Lodge decided to expand this content into a full-fledged third game, much to the delight of fans. The trailer not only revisits familiar locations cherished by the series' followers but also introduces new gameplay mechanics focused on managing and treating the epidemic.
