Elden Ring Nightreign Network Test: Sign-Ups Open January 10th

The highly anticipated Elden Ring Nightreign network test begins accepting registrations on January 10th, 2025. This initial beta will be exclusive to PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S consoles, leaving out PS4, Xbox One, and PC players. The test itself is slated for February 2025.

FromSoftware and Bandai Namco unveiled Elden Ring Nightreign at The Game Awards 2024, describing it as a three-player cooperative Soulsborne experience set in The Lands Between. The full game is targeting a 2025 release.

Registration Process:

1. Visit the official Elden Ring Nightreign network test website starting January 10th.
2. Register, specifying your preferred platform (PS5 or Xbox Series X/S).
3. Await a confirmation email.
4. Participate in the February 2025 network test.

Platform Limitations:

The decision to limit the beta to only two platforms is noteworthy, representing less than half of the game's intended release platforms. Confirmed limitations include the absence of cross-platform play, restricting interaction to players on the same console family. Progress made during the beta is not expected to carry over to the final game. The possibility of future betas remains unconfirmed.

Gameplay Restrictions:
