A few thousand players will be able to test new Battlefield features
EA has unveiled Battlefield Labs, a closed internal beta program offering sneak peeks at upcoming Battlefield titles. A short gameplay clip from the pre-alpha build has been shared, showcasing early development.
Battlefield Labs participants, bound by NDA, will test core mechanics and concepts – some of which may not make it into the final game. Conquest and Breakthrough modes will be available. Initial testing phases will concentrate on combat and destruction, followed by balance adjustments.
Pre-registration is open for PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S. A few thousand players will receive invitations in the coming weeks, with broader regional access planned later.
