Pokémon Go Tour returns next year and we’re heading to the Unova region this time
The Pokémon Go Tour: Unova is back in 2025, bringing the excitement of the Unova region to life! This year's tour offers both in-person and global events.
In-person events will be held in Taiwan (New Taipei Metropolitan Park) and Los Angeles (Rose Bowl Stadium) from February 21st to 23rd. Tickets are available now at a discounted price: $25 USD in LA or NT$630 in Taipei. These ticketed events offer exclusive gameplay, seasonal themes, legendary stories, and numerous Pokémon encounters. A Masterwork Research task allows players to encounter Shiny Meloetta for the first time, and the Egg-thusiast add-on ticket provides access to Shiny Maractus, Sigilyph, and Bouffalant from 10km Eggs.
Shiny Deerling, the seasonal Pokémon, will also debut, with variations based on its habitat. A Special Research story focusing on Reshiram and Zekrom and the fate of the world will also be available.
For those unable to attend the in-person events, a free global event will take place on March 1st and 2nd. While ticketless, this event offers all the Unova-themed content, though a week later than the in-person experiences.
