"Reverse: 1999 x Assassin’s Creed: First Global Collab with Ezio"
Back in January, Bluepoch Games thrilled fans with the announcement of an exciting collaboration between Reverse: 1999 and Assassin’s Creed. Now, more details have emerged about this much-anticipated crossover, which will introduce Ezio as a playable character. In partnership with Ubisoft, the collaboration will spotlight two fan-favorite entries in the Assassin’s Creed series: Assassin’s Creed II and Odyssey. A teaser released in January showcased Vertin navigating a rain-soaked street, with the iconic Assassin’s Creed logo glowing in the distance, setting the stage for an unforgettable experience.
Get Ready to Welcome Ezio from Assassin’s Creed into Reverse: 1999!
The full details of the crossover are now public, and it's slated to launch on Android, iOS, and PC in August 2025. In addition to the legendary Ezio Auditore da Firenze, the Reverse: 1999 x Assassin’s Creed collaboration promises a host of exciting features.
The event unfolds in two distinct phases, each featuring unique Assassin’s Creed-themed stories and events. Phase I transports players to the heart of Renaissance Florence, where Vertin and her team will navigate the enigmatic streets of 15th-century Italy, piecing together cryptic clues.
Phase II then shifts the scene to the ancient world of Greece, immersing players in the setting of Assassin’s Creed Odyssey. Fans of the game will recognize familiar events as Vertin and her crew embark on thrilling adventures.
It’s a Special Crossover
This collaboration marks a significant milestone for Reverse: 1999, as it will be the first time all servers worldwide will synchronize, ensuring that every player can access the event content simultaneously.
Reverse: 1999 is a time-traveling RPG that blends modern and retro aesthetics. Players take on the role of Vertin, the Timekeeper, who is immune to the mysterious phenomenon known as The Storm. Following the storms, entire eras vanish, prompting Vertin and her partner, Sonetto, to journey through time to rescue other arcanists sensitive to these temporal shifts.
