2026 Release Date
Housemarque's Saros, a PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 5 Pro exclusive, is slated for release in 2026. Building upon the success of Returnal, this new title promises to deliver an evolved and thrilling 3rd-person action experience. The game will feature Arjun Devraj, portrayed by actor Rahul Kohli.
A New Chapter, Building on Success
According to Housemarque's creative director, Gregoy Louden, Saros was conceived to allow Returnal to stand independently while simultaneously launching a new IP. While Returnal offered a dynamic roguelike experience with shifting environments, Saros will introduce persistent character progression, allowing players to enhance their weapons and suits, embodying the game's "Come Back Stronger" philosophy. This system will enable players to overcome challenges more effectively with each playthrough.
