Schedule I Update 0.3.4 Adds Pawn Shop, 'Fancy Stuff,' and More
Schedule I developer Tyler has released the highly anticipated 0.3.4 update for all players following a brief testing period. The update, detailed in the Steam patch notes, brings significant new content to the viral smash hit drug dealer simulator.
Launched to explosive success on Steam in early access on March 24, Schedule I has seen its first major content update with version 0.3.4. This update introduces a functional pawn shop, a boutique store, various wall decorations, and other exciting additions, all detailed below.
In a Steam post, Tyler apologized for the delay in the update's release, explaining, "I'm still ironing out the update/testing process." He assured players that "things will be running a lot smoother (and on time) when I do larger monthly updates (starting next month)."
Looking ahead, Tyler outlined his priorities for addressing remaining bugs, including:
- Ensuring employees work consistently and without issues.
- Preventing save games from getting corrupted or disappearing. Tyler mentioned meeting with Valve representatives to improve the save file format for better compatibility with Steam Cloud saves and to reduce corruption risks.
- Minimizing disconnections and loading issues in multiplayer.
Tyler also expressed his intent to enhance optimization and achieve Steam Deck verification for Schedule I as soon as possible, stating, "so that'll act as my performance benchmark."
For those looking to delve deeper into the game, check out IGN's Schedule I guide, which covers the basics of mixing recipes and creating new blends to maximize profit, accessing console commands, and the quickest way to jump into multiplayer co-op to take over Hyland Point with friends.

Schedule I became the top-selling game on Steam upon its launch, outperforming big hitters like Monster Hunter Wilds, GTA 5, and Marvel Rivals after going viral across social media, Twitch, and YouTube. In the game, players progress from being a small-time dope pusher to a kingpin, manufacturing and distributing a range of drugs throughout the grungy city of Hyland Point. Players can expand their empire with properties, businesses, employees, and more.
Developed and published by TVGS, an Australian indie developer led by Tyler, the explosive launch of Schedule I has been described as "amazing but pretty overwhelming." Tyler expressed his surprise at the response on Reddit, saying, "I never expected this kind of response! At the moment I’m just trying to stay focused and get patches out ASAP. Also looking forward to getting started on content updates as soon as all major bugs are patched."
