The Outfit: A "Simple" outfit is needed. While a complete fishing costume is ideal, a simple green dress, or any outfit labeled "Simple," also works.

Reward Collection: Upon wearing a suitable outfit, the quest completes automatically. Collect your rewards!

Conclusion: Any "Simple" outfit suffices. If you lack one, the fishing outfit is a safe bet. This quest is surprisingly easy to complete, likely requiring no extensive searching within your wardrobe.
