Revealed a year ago and built using Unreal Engine 5, Smite 2 boasts improved visuals and refined combat mechanics compared to its predecessor. The core gameplay remains familiar: players choose from a diverse roster of gods from various mythologies to engage in 5v5 battles, vying for control of the map and ultimately, victory.

Starting January 14th, players can download Smite 2's open beta for free. This update introduces Aladdin, a brand-new god designed specifically for Smite 2. Utilizing his unique abilities, Aladdin can traverse walls and even resurrect himself using his companion's three wishes. His ultimate ability involves capturing enemies within his lamp, forcing them into a thrilling 1v1 duel.
